Shipping and delivery
Italy: shipping with GLS courier. After handover to the courier, delivery usually takes 1-2 working days; small towns, islands and remote areas may take longer.
Italy costs: shipping is free from 79 € in products. For lower orders, standard shipping costs 3.90 €.
Selected EU countries: shipping to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal and Spain costs 13 € where the service is available.
Extras: gift wrapping and complimentary samples can be requested in the order notes and are prepared according to availability.

Cash on delivery: available only for shipments in Italy, with a 3 € surcharge. The courier accepts cash; please prepare the exact amount because change is not guaranteed.
PayPal and cards: you can pay with PayPal and the main cards supported by the service. After order confirmation, you are redirected to the secure payment platform.
Right of withdrawal and returns
You can notify us of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Email

Conditions: products must be returned intact, complete, in their original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale.
Sealed fragrances and cosmetics: products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons cannot be accepted if they were unsealed after delivery.

Return shipping: return costs are paid by the customer in case of withdrawal. We pay them when the return depends on a wrong, defective or damaged product and the report is confirmed.
Refund: the refund is arranged within 14 days from your withdrawal notice; we may hold it until we receive the products or proof of return shipment. We use the same payment method where possible.
Legal guarantee and transparency
Guarantee: every product is covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity. For a defective, damaged or wrong product, contact us with the order number and useful photos.
Prices: we show the list price when available and our VAT-included sale price. The order total is always shown in the checkout before confirmation.
